For those wanting to live out their childhood dreams, NASA is appealing for applicants to join their latest batch of astronauts training programme. As mentioned in the webpage, applicants are required to have a technical degree. Pay is good with a minimum of 5000 USD (S$7500)per month. However with the spate of accidents with the shuttle, the job comes with a huge amount of danger too. Fortunately or unfortunately, this current batch might just be using the Russian Soyuz craft when they graduate after 2-3 years.
